Corporate Appreciation Services:
We offer private Reiki treatments to your employees on your job site, and specialize in working individually with each client. Reiki is a form of healing energy that is transferred from a certified practitioner, to heal the body, mind, and spirit! Reiki is not a religion, but is a holistic therapy. It’s safe and promotes relaxation, clears toxins, and enhances positive feelings. Reiki works well with any other medical care employees are receiving. And even though it is a very peaceful and relaxing experience, Reiki is not a massage.
What Happens in A Corporate Reiki Session?
A room is chosen in your office that can be used as the "Reiki Office" for the day. A massage table is set up there and your employees can sign up in advance for a Reiki Session based around their work schedules. Shorter treatments can also be done in a chair, however for complete relaxation the table is recommended.
During the Reiki Session the client is fully clothed, and the practitioner can either put their hands on or just above you. Each session length of time is different depending on the client’s needs and the employer’s time requirements. All clients conversations are kept in confidence, and any physical ailments or issues can be discussed prior to treatment.
Clients with serious illnesses and ailments should always seek a professional medical practitioner, and or continue with their current medical care.
Each individual treatment can be given in 20 – 30+ minutes sessions with no less than 3 -6 hours scheduled, or no more than 12 people in one single day.

Stress Doesn't do a Body -- or Company -- Good
Workplace stress is arguably subjective since what is challenging or stressful to one person may not be to another. What exist invariably are its harmful effects, both to our bodies and productivity.
Forty percent of workers reported their job as "very or extremely stressful" in a study by Northwestern National Life, and 25 percent said their job is the No. 1 stressor in their lives. Additionally, health complaints are more strongly associated with problems at work than with any other life stressors, including financial or family problems, according to a study by the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company.
These problems add up: In the United States, about 1 million workers per day call in sick because of stress-related illness, and worker stress is estimated to cost American businesses between $50 billion and $150 billion each year in health expenses and lost productivity, according to Shatkin an author on effects of stress on employees.
