Pets give us unconditional love all the time, so it's no wonder that when they are in need of help, we look at all forms of therapies.  

Reiki is a great choice for your pets, it is safe and and gentle and heals on all levels physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Reiki is given by a certified practitioner, it can be given in person or over a distance.The practitoner puts their hands on or above your pet and channels energy to help relieve your pets symptoms, promoting relaxation, relieving tension, clearing toxins, and bringing peace.

Your pet probably will need to relax for awhile following a treatment, as their healing treatment works to restore balance and bring your pets body to its natural state.

Distance Reiki treatments can be given to pets that are threated by strangers, are too aggressive, sick, or are located in remote areas. These distance treatments are just as effective.

Today I started volunteering at the

Roslindale Animal Shelter on

26 Mahler Road in Roslindale.

Today it was snowy and rainy, and I volunteered at the shelter and gave 7 cats and 3 Dogs Reiki.

We all had a great time!

There are about four cats available for adoption now. Their names are muffin - ( a shy tiger kitty she got Adopted!2/5/09), Bran - a white kitty with a black stripe down the middle of his head- he likes to fetch play mice for you, 

Spit - highly energetic black kitty responded well to Reiki (used to spit and hiss), ( I think they may need new names) and there is another one yet to be named.

The dogs I walked were Big Red -a 15 year old Shepherd /Retriever mix he is available for special adoption, and is looking for a human to cosy up with together.

Piper -  1-3 years old, she is a female beagle that's cute with high energy, likes to play with toys.

Lulu - a Dalmation/ Pit Bull mix 6-8 months old, she is full of energy and like to fetch balls.

Muffin the cat was adopted (Yeah)

took out 3  other cats for Reiki and -

Took Big Red the 15 year old Shepherd/Retriever who is available with special adoption for a walk, he is soooo lovable gave him extra Reiki. He just looks into your eyes and melts your heart, it's like you can see the whole universe in them.

Still Volunteering at Shelter..requested a sign from the City to direct people to shelter on Washington Street.
